Justin arrived back to the boat on the 5th of March after doing his last week of work. Now he doesn't have to leave the boat for the rest of the trip.
Justin worked on boat for two days. He fixed the forward head macerator pump (fancy way of saying the shit pump), and he installed a 12 volt socket in the forward cabin for charging electronics. He resealed the forward hatches to try to reduce the water that gets into the boat in rough weather.
I arrived back to Montego Bay on the 8th after two weeks home in Cape Breton.
We tried to leave on the morning of the 9th, but I became too ill. I was getting over a bad cold and flue. So my synuses were plugged, which doesn't help with sea sickness. I was dehydrated as I hadn't acclimatized to the heat. We had gusts of 28 knots and 10 feet waves. And of course, we were going against the wind. My head was permenently in the bucket. So we turned around.
So Justin spent the afternoon servicing the winches. The poor boy works so hard and never gets a break.

We left again on the 10th. We had lovely sailing weather with 15 knots of wind. We even enjoyed a few beer up on deck in the sun.
We anchored for the night in Rio Bueno at nightfall and carried on first thing in the morning.
We sailed to Ocho Rio, arriving at lunch time.

We spent the afternoon at Dunn's River Falls. We climbed the limestone waterfalls twice. Afterwards, I did some shopping at the market place and we had dinner at Margaritaville.

We left Ocho Rio on the 12th of March. Originally, we planned to stop at Foster's Cove, but it turned out to be not so good of an anchorage due to unmarked reefs. Instead, we motored all night to arrive at Port Antonio at 2:00 am.
